Fee for Service Our fee is less than other nationally recognized search firms and is a percentage of the candidates total first year compensation. Reimbursable expenses include travel, lodging and meals, research, advertising, and mail delivery. We always discuss in advance the out-of-town travel of prospective candidates and our staff, and will request authorization before making any unusual or unanticipated expenditure. |
